Problem: I can not login to my account

Troubleshooting Tips:

The system will lock you out of the account for 45 minutes after 3 failed login attempts.

Verify that your PIN is correct and is 10-digits long.
  • If you can make phone calls with your PIN, it is active and valid and should allow you to login to your account.


Go to the Account Center LOG IN page, and select Forgot my Password quick link to have your Password emailed to you.

  • Your password is emailed by the system immediately.
  • The system will only email your password to the email account of record in our system.
  • Please ensure you are checking the correct email account for the message.

Problem: I can not make a phone call

Troubleshooting Tips:

Try another IP phone. If it works from a different phone, please email or call Site Support at 866-523-4561 (toll free) and let them know a phone is not working.

Make sure you are dialing correctly as indicated on the Dialing Instructions page

Verify that the PIN you are using is correct and contains 10 digits.


Wait until you hear a prompt after dialing the number and try entering your PIN number slowly.

  • You may be entering your PIN too quickly or not waiting long enough for the prompt after dialing the phone number.

Problem: I do not hear a prompt after dialing the phone number

Troubleshooting Tips:

Make sure you are dialing correctly as indicated on the Dialing Instructions page.

  • For domestic calls dial 1 + area code + 7-digit phone number (you should be dialing 11 digits total)

  • For international calls dial 011 + country code + destination local phone number.


Try another IP phone. If it works from a different phone, please email or call Site Support at 866-523-4561 (toll free) and let them know a phone is not working.
